Hello everyone! My name is Joe Armstrong, and I’m someone who has an almost obsessive love for muscles. If I had to describe myself in one sentence, it would be: “Life can be without many things, but it can never be without muscles.” To me, working out is more than just exercise—it’s a way of life. Whenever I have free time, I love heading to the gym, lifting dumbbells and barbells, pushing my limits, and feeling my body become stronger little by little. I’ve always been fascinated by muscles. I enjoy learning about different training methods and figuring out how to build my chest, back, arms, shoulders, and legs. While other people might look in a mirror to fix their hair or check their outfit, when I see a mirror, my first thought is usually, “Wait… did my biceps get bigger today?” Sometimes, when I see someone with an impressive physique walking down the street, I can’t help but take a second look and secretly wonder how they managed to build those muscles. What I enjoy most is the moment when I break through my own limits. Whether it’s lifting a little more weight than I did last time or finally completing an exercise I couldn’t do before, the feeling of accomplishment is incredible. Of course, working out can be tough, and muscle soreness sometimes makes me question all my life choices, but I believe every drop of sweat is proof that I’m working toward becoming a better version of myself. Besides training, I also pay close attention to my diet. Chicken breast, protein-rich foods, vegetables, and all kinds of healthy meals are my best friends. Whenever my friends invite me out for a meal, they often ask, “Are you counting your protein again?” And my answer is usually, “Of course!” To me, eating isn’t just about filling my stomach—it’s also about giving my muscles the nutrients they need to grow. I believe true strength isn’t simply about how muscular someone looks. It’s also about having discipline, determination, and the ability to keep going even when things get difficult. I hope I can continue challenging myself, pushing my limits, and becoming stronger both physically and mentally. If someone asks me what my biggest hobby is, I definitely won’t hesitate to answer—MUSCLES! I hope that one day I can build the physique I’ve always dreamed of, stand proudly in front of the mirror, and say, “These muscles are the result of all the hard work I’ve put in, one workout at a time!” 💪 |
